Service Description
Cycling Tuesday Intervals ride session. This is a high-intensity training session with dedicated recovery points. Group 1 uses active recovery (constant rolling) at regrouping points and Group 2 have passive recovery stops. Cycling Thursday With alternating routes every week this ride incorporates hill loops over a set course and caters for all fitness levels. Cycling Saturday Long rides on Saturday vary each week and facilitated by designated Ride Captains. Each ride is split into groups (A-D). The Routes will be decided and posted to our Facebook Members Page every Thursday. If you are joining for the first time, please introduce yourself to the ride captain of the group you are joining prior to setting off. We encourage everyone to come along, these rides will cater for all abilities.
