The course is strictly limited to 24 places.
The price for the course is $250 and includes:
- 8 swim sessions (not including pool entry)
- 8 run sessions
- 8 cycle sessions
- Bike maintenance evening
- Free entry to Interclub Championships on the 25 th November
- One free Club Aquathlon entry
- Insurance while training and competing through Triathlon WA
Cycling – Saturdays
The course commences on 13th October 2018 with a cycle session. Cycle sessions will take
place on Saturdays from 6.30am regardless of weather and last for approximately an
hour and a half.
Meeting place is at the car park by Dome Kingsley (this location may change) and then,
time permitting, we will stay for a coffee and a chat after the ride.

- Suitable, comfortable clothes for cycling
Swimming – Tuesdays
Sessions are held at Craigie Leisure Centre on Tuesday evenings between 7.30 and 8.30pm. The sessions will begin with technique, building up to short sprints and endurance work. Pool entry is not included in the course fee.

Running – Thursdays
The running sessions are held on a Thursday evening at 6pm. They last for an hour and take place at Flinders Park, Broadbeach Boulevard, Hillarys. The run sessions are made up of interval and endurance work, and are ability specific.

Aquathlons are run by North Coast Triathlon Club and take place every approximately every second Friday through summer at Sorrento Surf Life Saving Club starting at 6pm. There are different combinations of runs and swims each fortnight. After the event there is an informal BBQ and the bar is open. We encourage you to come along and have a go, and meet other members of the North Coast community. Aquathlon dates are listed on our events page here . We encourage our WIT athletes to represent the club at The Mandurah Interclub Sprint Race on
the 25th November. This is one of the beginning sprint races of the season and all our club
members are out to win the best club trophy and get ready for the 2018/19 season. Bring along
your friends and family to cheer you on at this great event as this is just the beginning of your
Once the WIT course is over, as a North Course Club member, we encourage you to continue
your training with the groups that will have been training alongside you, and come along to any of
our club training sessions and social activities.
An end of the course an informal dinner & presentation will take place on an evening in
December 2018. All course participants, coaches and helpers are invited to attend. Dinner is at
own expense and therefore not included in course costs.
