Just a reminder for our TRYstars this week that Friday night training is at Sorrento Surf Life Saving Club. We meet on the grassed area in front of the club rooms.

Please sign in like you did last week. Make sure you are sunsmart with sunscreen and have a water bottle.

7-11 year olds – Remember your running shoes, bathers, towel and warm clothes for afterwards, as we may do a splash and dash if the conditions are ok.

11-2 year olds in Kevins group – Remember your bikes, shoes, helmet and a drink bottle.

When we are finished there will be spot prizes, an Adult Aquathon to watch and a Club BBQ. So stay and enjoy the atmosphere!

Tri InterClub Championship

Your Club needs you to enter the “interClubs” – we need numbers if we are to be champions again this year. Spots are filling up fast and we can expect registration to close sometime today. This a great festive event with only 2 categories – men & women and all score points from 200 down to 1. Remember every point counts and yours could be the difference.

The Club will serve bacon & egg burgers free to all competitors & supporters in the park after the event. See you there.

The entries are now open for the State Interclub Race being held in Mandurah on December 2nd 2012.

As promised all those members that answered the call will receive a complimentary season entry to the Aquathlon Series 2012/13.
