Run: Interval Training

An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Thursday, repeating until 30/06/2018
Coached track intervals at Flinders Reserve, Hillarys on grass 400m oval. Bring training card for payment or $5 cash payable to coach upon arrival.
Session changes weekly, but generally commences with a light warm up jog, drills/activations and then a main set of between 3-7km distance, followed by a cool down jog. All abilities of runner are catered for with runners self-seeding into pace groups of like ability. Program is designed to increase your leg speed and stimulate faster recovery after efforts. The only way to improve your running speed is to incorporate interval running into your weekly routine. This is a fun session and suitable for all club members. Bring a water bottle!
