Coached track intervals at Flinders Reserve, Hillarys¬†on grass 400m oval. Bring training card for payment or $5 cash payable to coach upon arrival. Session changes weekly, but generally commences with a light warm up jog, drills/activations and then a main set of between 3-7km distance, followed by a cool down jog.
