RahulCongratulations to Rahul who once again dominated our Aquathlon race, and the Club Series to boot!!  Beating all comers for our first club series race.  He had some competition in the first 200m of the swim, but quickly pulled ahead of his competitors and raced for the win.

And this is why Rahul is just so hard to beat…

Rahul won the 2nd U16 Aquathlon World Championship Qualifier on the 28th of December at Glenelg Beach (Adelaide) to go with the U16 win he had in the 1st Qualifier at Kawana in Queensland in November.

These U16 results were rolled up against 16-19 year old athletes, and he now leads the qualifiers in the 16-19 year old category for the World Aquathlon Championships (August 2017, Canada).

He will be heading for the Aquathlon National Championships at Gunnamatta Bay, Sydney 11th Feb.

Congratulations Rahul you are an amazing athlete and good luck for the Nationals.

North Coast is behind you all the way, literally!!!
