New Spin Sessions Start Tomorrow

Written by David Martin on . Posted in News

Folks it must be getting closer to winter with poor weather predications that rudely clash with our cycling. As you will have heard tomorrow is predicted to have bad storms in the morning. Your club has the answer for you. We have managed to secure a deal with Westfield Whitfords City to gain access to a locked undercover car park under Coles for any morning before 9AM for exclusive use of the NCTC.  This coupled with the Orion Cafe (near the NAB/Big W northern door) offering our club cyclists a great place to have coffee or a breakfast after our rides (opens at 7AM every day).

So for tomorrow load your wind-trainer along with your bike into your vehicle and make your way to Westfield Whitfords Car Park 9 at 7AM for a 1-1.5hr spin session followed by coffee, cake or breakfast at the Orion Cafe. I promise you will be dry (except maybe a little sweat), hungry (because of the great workout), happy (because you were still able to ride with your pals) and most important of all a safe and secure cycling experience with a happy ending (coffee of course, what did you think).

The club will be starting a number of spin & skills sessions moving forward using this new great location. There will be music and a coach to motivate you. To support our coaching efforts we will have a cash tin for $3-5 donations for these sessions however for tomorrow you can come and try out the location for free.

Hope to see a lot of you there.

PS: If anyone has a spare trainer please bring it along or if you have some lying around in the shed that you wish to donate to the club please let me know via email to president@northcoasttriclub.org.au.
