We hope to see you there!!:)

* SATURDAY CYCLE: TBC

David and Michelle have had a tough couple of days and will let everyone know ASAP about the ride options for saturday. Our love and support go out to them and their daughter who was hit by a car whilst riding her bike. Understandably they are all quite shaken up and need a few days to recover.

* TELSTRA TRI SERIES- RACE 1- Hillarys, Sunday 14th December

The first race of the Telstra Tri series is on this coming Sunday at Whitfords Nodes. Both enticer and Sprint distance races are on offer and it is a great local race to start the season! More information on the event and to sign up can be found here. CALL FOR VOLUNTERERS: Tri events has set up a new “First timers tent” initiative and we are putting a call out for 5 volunteers to help out. They are looking for around 5 volunteers from each of the invited clubs to assist with the first timers tent. The 5 volunteers will be required from 5.45am to 7.45am to assist those first timers make their way around the venue and to give them some basic advice about completing their first tri! Upon arrival at 5.45am, Ithey will be given a briefing of the venue, as well as hand out hats and vollies shirts for them to wear whilst assisting at the first timers tent. They are willing to accept volunteers who are participating in the Sprint Distance Race and will allow them to check bikes in transition early, however would still like them to be available  until 745am. Each club will be given a donation per volunteer they provide for the roles. If you are keen and available, please contact me ASAP at triathlon@northcoasttriclub.org.au
