There are lots of activities again this week around the club, so be sure to check out the calendar for the weekly training sessions available and get involved! Highlights of the weeks activities include:
* TRYSTARS TRAINING – Friday 7th November, 4.30pm
The session this week will be at Sorrento again for both Trystars and CT’s. CT’s will cycle with Kevin and the Trystars will have a ocean play and run session co-ordinated by Janine. Parent help is welcome and encouraged. Remember, your swimmers, towel and warm clothing! Registration is at 4.30pm.
* SATURDAY MORNING CT RIDE WITH KEVIN – Saturday 8th November, 6.30am
This Saturday with Kevin leaving from Sorrento Surf Club. Please be there at 6.15am for a 6.30am start. Don’t forget your lights and remember to wear your ID wristband. This is a junior club ride.

* LIVE WELL PHYSIO PILATES MAT CLASS –
Live Well Physio are offering Northcoasters a chance to try out a free Pilates mat class at Craigie Leisure Centre on Friday 7th November from 6-7am. Specifically targeted for triathletes, they are also offering a discounted rate for Northcoast members who sign up for the 6 week program beginning on November 14th. * MANDURAH 70.3 – Sunday 9th November
We have lots of fabulous Northcoasters competing at Mandurah 70.3 this Sunday! We are automatically entered into the inaugural BEST IN THE WEST tri club, which is based on points and participation. More info can be found here.
On the day, be sure to look out for all your fellow competing and spectating club mates. A little cheer of “Go Northcoaster” can be the lift we all need! We wish everyone the best of luck, especially all our members undertaking their first 70.3!

* SAVE THE DATE – MANDURAH INTERCLUBS
YOUR CLUB NEEDS YOU! Registration is now open for the Interclub Sprint distance race on Sunday 30th November in Mandurah. NCTC will need to bring a full contingent of members to defend our trophy and bring it home again! Points are scored based on participation (with double points for females) and registration is limited.. So please support your club and sign up to come along to this fun day out. Northcoast community spirit is at its best for this race and it would be fantastic to see as many of you there as possible!
