Rob has been a member for the club since 1999. During that time he has been treasurer for 4 years and President for 2 years. He has also race directed the State Aquathlon Championships on behalf of the club for 5 years.

Added to this he has continued to compete in all level of races from the Max Grieve Classic, Club Aquathlons and Duathlons to TWA Series races and onto 6 Busselton HIMs and 1 Busselton IM. He has competed most years in the Interclub Champs at Mandurah. Rob is a tireless worker for the club and its members, often attending meetings not only within the club but outside the club to represent the members.

He is always prepared to listen to suggestions and problems and do what is best for the club. He is also an all round jolly good bloke who sets an example to other members of how to co-operate with those around him to achieve the best results. Added to all of this he is also happy to step in and fill the odd gap within the club when something needs to be done despite his already heavy load of responsibility.
